How do I convert a PDF to images?
Upload your PDF. Every page starts selected, so deselect any you don't need. Choose the format and quality, click the Convert button, for example Convert 5 pages, and then click Download.
Which image format should I choose, JPG or PNG?
Choose JPG for pages that are mostly photos or when you want small files for email and chat. Choose PNG for pages with text, charts, or line drawings, because it keeps edges sharp without compression artifacts. PNG files are larger.
What is the difference between Standard and High quality?
Standard (150 DPI) is right for viewing on screen and sharing online. High (300 DPI) produces larger images with more detail, which suits printing or zooming in.
Can I turn just one page into an image?
Yes. Click pages to select or deselect them, or type page numbers or a range such as 1-3, 5. If you convert a single page, you get a single image file.
How are several pages downloaded?
When you convert more than one page, you download a ZIP file containing one image per page.
Does converting change my original PDF?
No. The images are created as new files and your PDF stays exactly as it was.
Do I need an account to use this tool?
You can upload a PDF and choose pages without an account. To download the images, sign in and choose a plan. Plans start with a one-week pass that does not renew automatically.
