Welcome to PDF Editify (from this point onwards "the Service.") The Service offers its users solely a web application which allows users to manipulate documents through online software.

The current Terms and Conditions stipulate the legally binding conditions between Yourself (the "User") and the website and services of PDF Editify.

1. Use of Our Service

2. Accounts

2.1 General

PDF Editify accounts provide users with access to various services and functionalities. We may offer different types of accounts with varying levels of service. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts and must keep their account passwords secure.


2.2 Account Types

We offer the following account types:

  • Free: Basic access with limited features.
  • Paid: Access to advanced features, including the ability to store documents within our system.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and promptly update any information that changes.

3. User Content

3.1 General

PDF Editify does not analyze the content of files while processing them. Users will have access to their edited files once processing is complete. For free users, images uploaded for annotations are deleted from our servers after one week. Paid users can save documents within our system.


Users bear sole responsibility for the content of their files.


3.2 Content Manipulation

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of their uploaded content. PDF Editify servers are secure and have limited access to ensure file security. Users can modify their account type or cancel their account at any time via the functionality provided in the software or via the contact form.


3.3 Responsibility for Content

PDF Editify is not responsible for the content of processed files and is not liable for any misuse or copyright infringements. Users must use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and the rules outlined in Section 1.1.

4. Signature

4.1 How It Works

PDF Editify allows users to sign documents electronically. Users can sign documents themselves.


4.2 Legal Guarantees

The electronic signature services provided by PDF Editify comply with applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring the legal validity of electronic signatures in their jurisdiction.

5. Paid Services

5.1 Billing Policies

Becoming a paid user is only possible through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are recurring billing transactions and will continue indefinitely until canceled by the user. Payments are charged to the user's payment method at the start of each billing period. Users can cancel their subscription at any time, and all cancellations will take place immediately.


5.2 Refunds

There are no refunds for canceled subscriptions. PDF Editify reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.


5.3 Payment Information and Taxes

Users must provide accurate payment information and are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the Service.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PDF Editify does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be available at any particular time, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDF Editify and its employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use or misuse of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

PDF Editify owns all rights to the web application and its functionalities. Users are only granted a license to use the Service software and are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without authorization.

9. Termination

PDF Editify may terminate this Agreement and your account at any time for breaches of these Terms and Conditions or other reasons. Users may cancel their account at any time via their Account page or the contact form.

10. Claims

For any claims or complaints, users can contact PDF Editify through the online form.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

PDF Editify is committed to continuously improving and evolving our service to better meet the needs of our users. As the Service evolves, we may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect new features, services, and changes in the law. We will notify users of any significant changes to the Terms and Conditions via email or through our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UK.
