How do I convert a PDF to PNG?
Upload your PDF. Every page starts selected and the format is already set to PNG. Choose the quality, click the Convert button, for example Convert 5 pages, and then click Download.
Why choose PNG instead of JPG?
PNG is lossless, so text, diagrams, charts, and screenshots stay crisp with no blurry edges. JPG files are smaller and better suited to photos. You can switch to JPG at any time if you prefer.
Which quality should I pick for PNG?
Standard (150 DPI) is ideal for screens, documents, and the web. High (300 DPI) gives you more pixels for printing or for cropping a detail, such as a chart, out of the page. Higher quality means larger files.
Can I convert only certain pages?
Yes. Click pages to select or deselect them, or type a range such as 1-3, 5 to select those pages in one go.
How do I get several pages as PNG?
One page downloads as a single PNG file. When you convert several pages, the PNG images are bundled in a ZIP file, one per page.
Can I use the PNG images in presentations or documents?
Yes. Each page is saved as a standard PNG image that you can insert into slides, documents, wikis, or websites.
Does converting change my original PDF?
No. The images are created as new files and your PDF stays exactly as it was.
Do I need an account to use this tool?
You can upload a PDF and choose pages without an account. To download the images, sign in and choose a plan. Plans start with a one-week pass that does not renew automatically.
